Terms and Conditions for 288wi — Pakistan's Online Gaming Platform

The following general rules apply to all sports and esports betting activity on 288wi. Game-specific rules for individual markets are published within each betting section of the platform.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once 288wi displays a bet confirmation reference number. Until that confirmation is received, the bet has not been accepted. Do not assume a bet is placed until you see the confirmation.
• Minimum Stake: The minimum single bet stake at 288wi is Rs 50 unless otherwise stated for a specific market.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. 288wi is not obligated to honour odds that were displayed due to a technical error.
• In-Play Betting: In-play markets close at various points during a match. 288wi is not responsible if a bet is placed on an in-play market that subsequently closes before the relevant event occurs, as markets may close at any point in a live event.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided if a match is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the specified window. Void bets return the stake to your 288wi wallet. 288wi follows the official ruling of the relevant governing body when determining the result of a voided market.
• Palpable Errors: 288wi reserves the right to void and refund bets that were accepted due to an obviously incorrect price or a technical pricing error. This right is exercised reasonably and only in genuine error cases.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within each market. Accumulator bets are also subject to maximum payout caps.

All digital casino games and slot games available on 288wi use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by regulated software providers. These RNG systems are independently audited on a regular basis to confirm that outcomes are genuinely random and uniformly distributed. Live Dealer games at 288wi stream from a regulated studio using physical equipment. The results of live dealer games are determined by the physical equipment visible on stream. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288wi's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.

• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including eligibility breaches or account security failures caused by your own actions.

Nothing in these Terms limits 288wi's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

288wi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• A reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
• A request from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The player being subject to an active self-exclusion order.
• A failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

If your account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance held may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable verification steps.

You may close your own 288wi account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules before the account is formally closed.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your 288wi account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other matter, you should contact 288wi support in the first instance. • 288wi's decision on complaints is final unless a clear factual or calculation error is subsequently identified. 288wi will correct any verified errors promptly.

288wi collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, 288wi collects the personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. 288wi does not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 288wi at any time. Such requests should be submitted to 288wi support with your account details and the nature of the request.

Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, 288wi will provide at least 14 days' notice before the change takes effect, except where the change is required by law or regulation, in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of 288wi after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect.
